Save The Bees Specialty License Plate

As mentioned in our What's The Buzz newsletter, we’ll be promoting the save the bees specialty license plate this month. To buy a specialty license plate you fill out a form and take/send to your local tag office and pay the $33 specialty license plate fee.

Florida State Beekeepers Assn. (FSBA) is offering 10 prepaid tags along with free membership in FSBA to each local association. We plan to use ours as door prizes at our April meeting.

ABA is also offering our own promotion to ABA members interested in purchasing a bee tag.

ABA members can fill out the form, pay $20 to ABA and we’ll take form to the tag office and pay the remaining $13 fee. There is a limit of two tags per ABA member. promotion is good through our May 8th meeting.

The tag office will send receipts to names on the forms. If the bee tag doesn’t make, the person on the form can apply for a refund or use the credit against other fees.

We’ll be taking completed forms and payments at the meeting. Please pay by cash or check to avoid Zelle fees, but if you must, we’ll take credit cards.

Members who can’t attend our meeting can mail completed forms with checks payable to ABA to
